This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit www.interesta.net or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Montenegro and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Data you provide to us:

via the contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and tax ID, and the content of your message;
via email or phone: the information you choose to send us;
job applications (posao@interesta.net): your CV and any other information you send.

Data collected automatically:

technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, date and time of visit;
cookie data, according to your choice in the cookie settings (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

4. Who processes data on our behalf

We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service:

Hostinger — website hosting;
Google (Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA) — email and business tools, visit analytics (only with your consent), spam protection for the contact form;
accounting, legal and IT partners, where necessary for our business;
competent public authorities, where required by law.

5. Transfers outside Montenegro

Some service providers (e.g. Google) may process data in the European Union or the United States. In such cases, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep data

Contact-form inquiries and email correspondence that did not lead to business: up to 2 years from the last contact.
Business relationship data (quotes, contracts, invoices): for the periods required by accounting and tax laws.
Job applications: up to 6 months after the selection process ends, unless you agree that we keep your application for future openings (up to 12 months).
Analytics data: up to 14 months.

After these periods, data is deleted or permanently anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy;
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no longer a basis for processing;
restriction of processing;
data portability;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can change your cookie consent via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

8. Data security

We apply technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data limited to authorised staff, and regular system updates.

9. Social media

Interesta has pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you visit those pages or communicate with us through them, the platforms also process your data under their own privacy policies. The links to our profiles on this website do not send any data to those networks until you click them.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users and does not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when laws or our processing practices change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
