As Kerzner International's first purpose-built SIRO hotel in Europe — opened in May 2025 in Porto Montenegro with 96 guestrooms and 144 residences — SIRO Boka Place set out to redefine wellness hospitality through a 1,600 m² Fitness Lab, a Recovery Lab with hydrotherapy pods and treatment rooms, a 25 m pool under a retractable roof, and over 50 fitness classes per week. A guest base built around the brand's five pillars — nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery, mindfulness — demands clinical-grade hygiene without compromising the calm, minimalist guest experience.
