We work with the Diversey CLAX programme, for which we are the authorised distributor in Montenegro. It covers four groups: main-wash liquid and powder detergents for white and coloured linen, supplied as concentrates for automatic dosing; chlorine and oxygen bleaches plus targeted stain removers; neutralisers and softeners that bring the pH of the linen back into a skin-safe range and preserve the absorbency of terry towels; and laundry disinfectants, mandatory for kitchen textiles, care homes and hospitals, with the documentation you need for your HACCP records.
The detergent is chosen according to water hardness, wash temperature and soil type — hotel linen, kitchen textiles and workwear each need a different approach.
In nine cases out of ten the cause is not the machine but the chemistry and the wash programme. Grey linen is usually the result of hard water or an under-dosed detergent. Towels that no longer absorb have softener residue in the fibre — that is fixed by correcting the rinse, not by using more detergent. Deposits in the dryer and a scorched smell usually mean an under-dosed softener in a cold wash, while limescale in the machine shows on the heating elements and in a higher electricity bill.
That is why we analyse your water and set up the programme on your machines before changing anything — the same chemistry gives two completely different results in two laundries.
With a targeted pre-wash treatment, not stronger bleaching. A typical example is the yellow sunscreen stain on hotel towels: in contact with chlorine it turns pink, and stronger bleaching only sets it. For blood, wine, oil, rust and cosmetics the CLAX programme has specialist products applied before the main wash, which reduces rewashing and extends the life of the textile.
It pays back faster than most people expect. Manual dosing typically means a third more consumption, because staff add extra "just in case". A dosing pump connected to the machine uses exactly what the programme calls for and logs every dose, so consumption can be tracked per machine and per shift. We install and maintain dosing systems for all common types of professional washer-extractors.
Yes. CLAX Polar is a low-temperature wash programme that delivers a hygienic result without heating water to 60 or 90 °C. We carried out the first installation in Montenegro in Herceg Novi. The saving shows on the electricity bill and in the life of the textile — linen washed cooler lasts longer.
Yes. The CLAX programme has formulations for every type of textile washed professionally — from heavy-duty kitchen and workwear, through hotel linen and terry, to delicate uniforms and table linen. For each type we define a programme (temperature, dose, bleaching, neutralising), and the instructions are posted at the machine so staff never have to guess.
Yes. The programme includes CLAX Pur-Eco concentrates carrying the EU Ecolabel, the CLAX Polar cold-wash programme that cuts electricity use, and automatic dosing that eliminates over-consumption of chemicals and water. Every product comes with a safety data sheet and the technical documentation required for your property's environmental and HACCP records.
With the chemistry you get: a water analysis and dosing recommendation for your location; wash programmes set up on your machines; staff training and wall instructions in the local language, posted at the machine; documentation for HACCP and sanitary inspections; service and calibration of dosing pumps; and delivery from our Podgorica warehouse, usually the next working day, anywhere in Montenegro.
It works on the machines you already have — no equipment replacement is needed, only a dosing system if you do not have one. Switching takes one day: we come in, measure the water, set up the dosing and run the first cycle together with your staff.
