The Diversey Room Care programme — a system of concentrates identified by colour and number (R1 for washrooms, R2 for surfaces, R3 for glass, R5 for air freshening, R9 for limescale), so the room attendant always knows which product goes on which surface. The concentrates are diluted through dosing stations or measured bottles, which eliminates over-pouring and ensures the same quality in every room, on every shift. The programme comes with wall charts posted in housekeeping rooms.

Yes. For rooms, bathrooms, spa and wellness areas and public spaces we supply broad-spectrum disinfectants (Oxivir, Sure) with proven efficacy to EN standards (EN 1276, EN 13697, EN 14476), including no-rinse products for door handles, remote controls, telephones and other high-touch surfaces. For hotel kitchens and restaurants there are food-contact surface disinfectants with HACCP documentation.

It depends on the category of the property and the traffic. For public washrooms and staff areas: Kimberly-Clark Professional and Lucart systems — closed dispensers for hand towels, toilet paper and soap that reduce consumption and ensure paper never runs out. For guest rooms: premium toilet tissue and facial tissues (Kleenex, Scott, Lucart). For spa and pool areas: hand dryers and touch-free hand sanitiser dispensers. Dispensers are provided on loan or sold, depending on the consumables supply agreement.

Yes. We offer guest amenities from Welcome by DHYS — shampoos, shower gels, soaps and lotions in dispensers and individual packs, with branding available for hotels with a larger number of rooms. Shower and basin dispensers reduce waste from small packs and the cost per room night.

TASKI professional cleaning machines: scrubber-dryers for hard floors (swingo), dry vacuum cleaners for corridors and rooms (aero), carpet cleaning machines (procarpet), steam cleaners and robotic machines for large areas. We are the authorised TASKI distributor in Montenegro and provide on-site demonstrations, staff training, service and spare parts. For floor care there is the Jontec programme for protection and polishing.

Yes. All products come with safety data sheets and technical data sheets, disinfectants carry proof of efficacy to EN standards, and the Diversey programmes are already in use in international hotel chains. You receive the documentation with every delivery, ready for sanitary inspections, HACCP audits and internal brand audits (IHG, Iberostar, One&Only and other chains we supply in Montenegro).

Yes. The Diversey Pur-Eco line (Room Care, SUMA, CLAX) carries the EU Ecolabel, dosed concentrates reduce chemicals, water and plastic waste, the CLAX Polar cold-wash programme saves electricity in the laundry, and amenity dispensers eliminate thousands of small plastic packs a year. With every product we supply documentation you can attach to Green Key, Travelife or similar certification.

For the hotels we supply we train housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance staff on site, with wall charts showing instructions and concentrations posted where the product is used. We install and maintain dosing systems, calibrate pumps in the laundry and dishwashers, and walk through the property with the executive housekeeper before the season. Delivery from our Podgorica warehouse is usually the next working day, anywhere in Montenegro.

Yes — and that is usually the first reason hotels change supplier. Concentrates with automatic dosing use exactly the prescribed dose (manual pouring typically means a third more), closed dispensers reduce paper consumption, cold washing lowers the electricity bill, and proper floor and textile care extends the life of the investment. On request we prepare an estimate of monthly consumption per room or per room night, so the cost of hygiene can be planned.

It starts with a free site visit: we walk through the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and public areas, measure the water and propose a programme with a consumption estimate, with no obligation.
