Room Care

Room Care is Diversey's system for housekeeping in hotel rooms and bathrooms: numbered concentrated products (R1–R11) dispensed through a Divermite or QuattroSelect dispenser into labelled bottles, so the room attendant always has the right product for the right surface — no mistakes and no overdosing. R1 for bathrooms and washrooms, R2 all-purpose for room surfaces, R3 for glass and mirrors, R5 air freshener, R7 cream for stubborn deposits, R8 for limescale, R9 bathroom cleaner that leaves a shine, R10 Plus for disinfection, R11 for grout and R4 for wooden surfaces and furniture care.

Why a system instead of individual products

One dispenser per floor (Divermite or QFM/QuattroSelect) fills all the bottles with the exact dose, chemical costs per room are known in advance, and training a new room attendant takes one day because the numbers and colours are the same on the dispenser, the bottle and the cleaning plan. The Pur-Eco variants (R1, R3, R9, R10) carry the EU Ecolabel, for hotels with green certifications.
