Manual dishwashing

Manual dishwashing in restaurants, cafés and hotel kitchens requires concentrated detergents that cut grease quickly, foam well and do not dry out hands. The range includes Diversey SUMA Light D1.2 and Star D1 concentrates, Stat-plus D1, SUMA Quick Foam, Cif Professional Dishwash Extra Strong, plant-based SURE Hand Dishwash, Hagleitner FOX, Sanea lemon detergent in 1 L and 5 L packs, as well as soaking products and removers for burnt-on residue (SUMA Dip K1, Carbon Remover K21) and draining racks.

The economics of dosing

One litre of SUMA Light D1.2 concentrate replaces several litres of ordinary detergent, at a dosage of 1–4 ml per litre of water. With dosing pumps and bottles, consumption stays under control.
