SUMA Carbon Remover K21+ – alkaline soak for pots and trays (5L)

Suma Carbon Remover K21+ is a liquid alkaline soak, specially formulated to remove grease, carbonised deposits and food residues from baking trays, pots and pans.

Its blend of alkalis and a sequestrant removes stubborn deposits effectively and stops them from redepositing. Recommended for use in a soak tank as part of the Diversey DiveEasy system, it is safe on most kitchen materials, including aluminium.

Preparation: fill a 200 L tank with 130–140 L of water and add one 10 L canister, or fill a 100 L tank with 70 L of water and add one 5 L canister. If no dedicated tank is available, use a high-density polyethylene or polypropylene container.

Application: pre-rinse the items in warm water and immerse them completely in the solution. After soaking, remove them, wash by machine or by hand, then rinse. Change the solution at least once a month, or sooner with frequent use or heavily soiled items. For professional use only.
