CLAX Activ Conc (42C1) is a concentrated laundry bleaching powder from the Diversey Clax system for commercial, healthcare and on-premise laundries. It is dosed in the bleach stage at 40–60°C and suits all white textiles as well as a limited range of colourfast textiles.

An effective medium-temperature bleach, it is based on chlorinated isocyanurates, alkaline salts and bleach stabilisers. As the isocyanurates dissolve they release hypochlorite, while the alkaline salts reduce unpleasant odours. Use on white textiles only — never on coloured items, except chlorine-resistant textiles (e.g. surgical linen).

For good bleaching with minimal textile damage, keep the solution at 40–60°C and above pH 10. CLAX Activ Conc must be fully dissolved, as undissolved isocyanurate particles can damage the fabric. Do not use it on textiles with chlorhexidine stains or together with enzymatic products, as chlorine deactivates enzymes.
