Hagleitner grillBLITZ is a highly effective ready-to-use gel for cleaning grill plates, ovens and hotplates in professional kitchens.

The gel clings to the surface and breaks down baked-on, carbonised roasting and frying residues so that they can be removed without heavy scrubbing. Apply undiluted, leave to act, then rinse with clean water. For alkali-resistant surfaces only; not suitable for aluminium.
