CIF ProFormula Degreaser – professional kitchen degreaser

Cif Professional Power Cleaner Degreaser is a professional degreaser designed for restaurant and hotel kitchens. It quickly dissolves grease and dirt and is safe on aluminium and other kitchen materials and surfaces — utensils, crockery, pans, ovens, extractor hoods, floors, walls, doors and drains.

The 0.75 L version comes in a trigger spray bottle and is ready to use, with no dilution needed. The formula is fragrance-free, making it safe on food-contact surfaces. Apply directly to the surface with a cloth or sponge, then rinse and leave to dry.

The 5 L version is a concentrate for larger areas and sites with higher consumption. It contains patented O.N.T. technology, which neutralises the molecules that cause unpleasant odours rather than simply masking them, leaving a mild, fresh fragrance. Dosage: 20 ml of concentrate per 750 ml spray bottle of solution, or 120 ml per 6 L of water for mopping.
