Suma Alcohol Spray D4.12 is a ready-to-use, ethanol-based disinfectant for food preparation areas and professional kitchens. No rinsing required.
It works fast and is safe on food-contact surfaces. It evaporates without leaving residue, making it suitable for chopping boards, utensils, thermometers, worktops and small kitchen equipment, as well as for disinfecting chilled display cabinets in supermarkets and butchers' shops.
It is formulated for optimal biocidal action and is effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms. Tested to EN standards: EN1276 and EN1650 with a 15-second contact time under clean conditions, and virucidal activity to EN14476 undiluted, with a 60-second contact time (polio, adeno and murine norovirus).
Use neat: spray onto the surface and leave to dry. No rinsing is needed unless local regulations require it. It does not foam, so it is also suitable for moisture-sensitive areas.
Note: do not spray near unprotected electrical equipment or sources of ignition such as naked flames, avoid creating aerosols and do not apply to hot surfaces. Avoid polycarbonate and other plastics prone to stress cracking, such as Plexiglas and acrylic. Use disinfectants safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
