Suma Scale D5.2 is an acidic product for the periodic descaling of kitchen equipment, utensils and dishwashers.
It effectively removes limescale from all types of surface — bains-marie, boilers, steam ovens, and tea and coffee machines. This protects equipment and improves hygiene, and by removing the oxide layer it restores the shine to tarnished metal surfaces.
Spraying: at least 200 ml per litre of water (20%); spray over the surface or equipment, leave for at least 30 minutes, then brush, rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry.
Soaking: at least 100 ml per litre of warm water; fill the container or immerse the item until the limescale dissolves, scrubbing heavier deposits if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and leave to dry.
Dishwashers: switch off the dosing equipment, fill the machine with fresh water and add the product at 100 ml per litre. Circulate for 10–15 minutes, drain and check; repeat if necessary. Then rinse thoroughly, leave the door open to dry and switch the dosing equipment back on. For professional use only.
