TASKI Jontec Seal & Care – base sealer for porous floors (5L)

TASKI Jontec Seal & Care is a base coat (sealer) for the initial treatment of most porous hard floors, including linoleum and stone floors.

Special polymers fill the pores of the floor, improve adhesion and reduce the consumption of the floor polish applied over it. This also makes the finish coats more durable. The layer is semi-permanent, so ordinary floor polishes can be selectively stripped without damaging the base coat.

Dosage: the product is ready to use and is not diluted. Consumption is 20–30 ml/m² per coat.

Application: treat only floors that have been stripped of the old coating, thoroughly rinsed and completely dried. Pour the product sparingly onto the floor and spread it evenly with a suitable applicator in overlapping strips 1–1.5 m wide, keeping a wet edge. Allow the floor to dry completely (20–40 minutes). On very porous floors, apply a second coat. Once completely dry, apply as many coats of the chosen Diversey floor polish as needed to achieve the desired finish.

Limitations: do not use on wooden floors. Apply to cement and reinforced concrete floors only once they have fully cured. For professional users only.
