SURE Machine Dish Detergent is a liquid machine warewashing detergent for professional kitchens, from Diversey's SURE range of plant-based products. It is formulated to work in hard water.

It quickly removes grease and dried-on food, while its scale-control agents prevent deposits from forming in the machine itself, even in medium-hard to hard water — extending the life of heating elements and nozzles.

Being highly concentrated, it keeps consumption per rack low: the standard dose of 2 ml per litre of water prevents limescale deposits up to a hardness of 220 ppm CaCO₃ (12.4 °dH).

It carries the EU Ecolabel (licence SE/038/001) and Cradle to Cradle Certified Material Health certification at Gold level, and is dosed with automatic Diversey dosing equipment.
