Accuratic™ DS is a modular, high-precision dosing system designed for integration with single-tank door-type or hood-type dishwashers, as well as with conveyor and multi-tank machines.
It doses detergents, rinse aids, boosters and disinfectants, supporting conductivity-based, time-based and conveyor-speed-based dosing, with an initial charge option.
It is the first Diversey dosing system to be programmed via a smartphone. A Bluetooth connection and the IntelliDish™ Control app allow dispenser settings to be adjusted, hygiene compliance to be monitored and detailed consumption reports to be produced, with connection to the Internet of Clean portal.
The Basic Washer Interface (BWI) module allows local or remote connection of triggers and sensors up to 5 metres from the dispenser, simplifying installation even in more complex set-ups.
IPX5 protection makes the unit resistant to low-pressure water jets. Mounting on a modular or DIN rail allows quick, easy wall installation. The unit meets European and North American regulatory standards (CE and CSA).
