SUMA Tera L56 – liquid machine warewashing detergent for hard water (20L)

Suma Tera L56 is a highly concentrated, strongly alkaline liquid machine warewashing detergent, formulated for excellent soil removal in medium-hard and hard water.

It is designed for multi-tank (conveyor) machines with standard dosing equipment. A blend of caustic alkali, scale control agents and corrosion inhibitors effectively removes grease and baked-on food residues, while scale inhibitors and sequestrants prevent nozzle blockages in hard water.

It is also suitable for use with the Diversey DivoJet Spray-on system: special spray nozzles on the machine create a concentrated detergent mist that quickly removes starch deposits and stops them re-forming, significantly reducing the need to rewash rejected items.

It is normally dosed with Diversey automatic dosing equipment or a built-in dosing pump. The minimum recommended dose is 1 ml/l at a water hardness of 100 ppm CaCO₃ (5.62°dH, 10°fH); for more heavily soiled items or harder water, up to 3 ml/l may be needed. With the DivoJet system, the recommended concentration in hard water is 0.4–2 ml/l, depending on the degree of soiling.

On first use, flush the pump and hoses of the dosing system to avoid crystallisation caused by mixing with previously used products. For professional use only.
