Accuratic DP is a modular, precise and reliable dosing system for single-tank dishwashing machines. Controlled by potentiometers, it doses detergents, rinse aids, boosters and disinfectants.
It comes in two versions — DP-1LF D for detergent and DP-1LF R for rinse aid — which differ in pump flow rate, hydraulic performance and number of trigger inputs. Thanks to the DIN rail-compatible bracket, several pumps can easily be mounted side by side.
The electronics support time-based and speed-based operation and can be connected to one or two electrical signals. A power switch disables dosing while the machine is being descaled, and the prime button and status LEDs make commissioning and troubleshooting easier.
Supplied with all the parts needed for installation. Longer hose life means less frequent maintenance, and hoses are easy to replace. A low chemical level alarm can be activated as an option.
The unit meets global electrical safety requirements and is rated IPX5 against low-pressure water jets.
