ecoSTORM is a Diversey (Solenis) system for automatic biological drain maintenance in professional kitchens, foodservice, the food industry, retail and healthcare. A battery-powered wall-mounted dosing unit injects a concentrated biological formulation directly into the drain four times a day — the bacteria break down fats, oils and organic residues before they build up, so there are no blockages, no backflow and no unpleasant odours. No mains power or water connection, no chemicals on the floor and no manual dosing.

ecoSTORM Free-Flow Liq (code 30000007) is a concentrate with a high count of activated spore-forming bacteria (1 × 10¹⁰ CFU/ml) that break down fats, oils, solid food residues, proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. It inhibits the formation of hydrogen sulphide and volatile fatty acids, eliminating odours at source. It is dosed directly, undiluted, via the ecoSTORM dosing unit — 11.1 ml per day in four equal doses; one 500 ml refill lasts about 45 days. A natural, non-hazardous product that does not damage pipes and is safe for septic tanks and municipal treatment systems.
