Suma Break up D3.5 is a concentrated alkaline degreaser for heavily soiled kitchen surfaces — floors, walls, equipment, extractor hoods and cookers. Its powerful formula breaks down heavy grease deposits and leaves surfaces clean and shiny.
It dissolves dirt and holds it in suspension, preventing it from redepositing on the cleaned surface. It has excellent wetting properties, and the formulation is balanced so that it is safe for aluminium. It can also be used with foaming equipment.
It is particularly suitable for washing floors, either by mop or with a low-pressure sprayer. The recommended dosage is at least 10 ml per litre of water, depending on the level of soiling and the application method. The Diversey QFM system can be used for controlled dosing.
General cleaning: apply the solution with a cloth, pad, spray bottle or low-pressure sprayer, clean with a cloth or brush, rinse with clean water and leave to dry. Floors: 10 ml per litre of warm water; apply with a mop, remove the dirt and rinse. Floors with a scrubber dryer: 10 ml per litre of lukewarm water; apply with the machine or a sprayer, pick up the dirty solution, then rinse with water and pick up again.
Cleaning fryers: drain the oil and close the valve, fill with water almost to the oil level, add 1 L of product for every 10 L of water (10% solution), switch on the fryer and keep it at a gentle boil for 15 minutes. Once it has cooled and been drained, scrub off any remaining deposits from the side walls and heating elements, rinse twice with clean warm water and leave to dry. For professional use only.
