SUMA Extend D3 – degreaser (2L)

Suma Extend D3 is a ready-to-use alkaline degreaser for removing grease, burnt-on deposits and oil from kitchen equipment — ovens, grills, extractor hoods, pans and dishwasher interiors.

It works quickly and is highly effective on greasy surfaces, with a balanced formulation that is safe for aluminium. Applied neat with a foam sprayer, it produces a foam that clings even to vertical surfaces, extending the contact time.

General degreasing of cookers and ovens: the surface must be below 70°C; apply the foam, leave for 10–30 minutes depending on the soiling, remove deposits with an abrasive sponge, rinse with clean water and leave to dry.

Hoods, canopies and filters: remove any food and cover food-contact surfaces, spray directly onto the surface, leave for 10–30 minutes, then remove deposits, paying particular attention to the internal drainage channels, and rinse. Do not use this product on filters with a textile or felt insert.

Boiling pans and deep pans: switch off the gas or electricity supply, empty the contents, spray the surface, leave for 10–30 minutes, scrub the inner surfaces, rinse with clean water and leave to dry. For professional use only.
