Intelligent central chemical dosing system for professional laundries

DF10M MK2 is a centralised liquid chemical dosing system for laundries with up to 8 washing machines — up to 100 kg per machine, or 300 kg in total. As standard it serves 3 machines with 6 pumps, and it can be expanded to 8 machines and 9 pumps.

The system stores up to 99 wash formulas, selected automatically or manually. A built-in flow meter ensures maximum dosing accuracy, and the chemicals are carried to the machines by a water flush, which extends hose life and speeds up delivery (over distances of up to 60 m). CANbus connectivity with all peripheral equipment makes installation fast, reliable and flexible.

As part of the IntelliLinen™ platform, the DF10M MK2 records data and sends it to a cloud dashboard, so the system can be programmed and monitored remotely from a laptop or mobile device via built-in Wi-Fi, Ethernet or optional mobile data. A multi-channel low-chemical alarm with audible and visual signals is also available as an option. Combined with the CLAX range, it forms a complete solution for professional laundry washing.
