Diversey Diverspray VC13 low-foam alkaline CIP detergent for the food industry, 20 L

Diverspray VC13 is a highly effective low-foam liquid alkaline detergent designed for CIP (clean-in-place) cleaning of pipelines, tanks, pasteurisers and fillers in dairies, breweries, beverage bottling plants and other food industry facilities. The blend of caustic soda and sequestrants very effectively removes fats, proteins and other organic soiling while preventing limescale formation, even in soft water.

Its low foaming makes it suitable for CIP systems with high pressure and turbulence, and the electrical conductivity of the solution allows automatic dosing and concentration control by conductivity meter. In two-phase CIP cleaning in dairies, it is used together with an acidic product (e.g. Pascal VA5). In-use concentration: 1.5–5 % (w/w) at 70–80 °C, depending on soiling; after cleaning, rinse the system thoroughly with potable water. pH of a 1 % solution: 13.
