Diversey Bruspray Acid VA19 acidic non-foaming product for CIP and descaling, 20 L

Bruspray Acid VA19 is a concentrated, phosphoric acid-based acidic detergent for a wide range of applications in the food industry. It does not foam at room temperature, making it suitable for CIP systems with high pressure and turbulence, as well as for spray cleaning. Its high acidity effectively removes mineral deposits (limescale, milkstone and beerstone), and it is also effective on protein and starch soiling.

The solution is conductive, so dosing and concentration can be controlled automatically by conductivity measurement (conductivity curve available). Use at 1–3 % (m/m) and 20–80 °C, depending on the type and amount of deposits. It is approved for cleaning and disinfection in organic production. After cleaning, rinse the system with potable water.
