Diversey Diverfoam SMS Chlor VF18 silicate-free chlorinated alkaline foam cleaner, 20 L

Diverfoam SMS Chlor VF18 is a chlorinated alkaline foam cleaner formulated for daily use in the food industry, beverage bottling plants and dairies. It contains inhibited alkalis, chelating agents, foaming surfactants and hypochlorite, so it effectively removes typical food production soils — animal and vegetable fats, blood and proteins — while the active chlorine quickly removes discolouration caused by organic and vegetable residues and prevents protein film from forming on surfaces.

Unlike conventional foam cleaners, VF18 contains no silicates (SMS — soft metal safe): it does not corrode aluminium and light alloys or leave the characteristic whitish marks after drying, making it suitable for fillers, conveyor belts, tables, walls and floors made of various materials. Apply with a foamer or an automatic external filler cleaning system at 2–6%, leave for 10–20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with potable water. pH of a 1% solution approx. 11.2. Do not mix with acids.
