Diversey Deosan Activate Barrier AG216 iodine barrier teat disinfectant for post-milking, 20 L

Deosan Activate Barrier AG216 is a premium ready-to-use iodine disinfectant in thick gel form for post-milking teat disinfection on dairy cow, sheep and goat farms. Thanks to a high proportion of thixotropic agents, it does not drip and forms a thick, visible protective layer that keeps the active ingredient on the teat skin and protects the teat canal from bacterial entry between milkings.

It is highly effective against the bacteria and yeasts that cause mastitis, and 10% emollients keep the skin soft and healthy even in demanding conditions. It is applied by hand with a dip cup or with a semi-automatic system immediately after the milking unit is removed; before the next milking, the teats are cleaned and wiped. Authorised as a biocide in the EU (BPR). It is part of the Deosan milking hygiene programme, which also includes pre-milking products, CIP detergents for milking systems and skin care.
