Diversey Dicolube HCS VL70 concentrated conveyor belt lubricant, 200 L

Dicolube HCS VL70 is a concentrated conveyor lubricant for the food and beverage industry, developed for lines requiring enhanced lubricity. It is compatible with plastic and stainless steel conveyors and with all types of packaging — glass, PET, cans and cardboard — and remains stable even in water containing constituents that interfere with other amine-based lubricants.

At the optimum in-use concentration it produces little foam, so it does not build up on conveyors, in drainage channels or on the floor, reducing the risk of slipping and making maintenance easier. It works in water of any hardness, so no softener is needed. High dilution means a low cost per hour of line operation, and consistent lubrication reduces chain wear and downtime. One product and one dosing system cover several types of packaging on the same line.
