DI Chlorine Test Kit is a set of strips for quickly determining the free chlorine concentration in in-use disinfectant solutions. It is intended for checking solution strength in kitchens, preparation areas and other premises where chlorine-based hygiene procedures are applied.
The indicator paper gives an instant reading: as soon as the strip is dipped into the solution it changes colour, and the colour is then compared with the scale on the dispenser. The points on the scale correspond to free chlorine concentrations of 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 ppm.
The kit comes in a practical dispenser that protects the paper from moisture and lets you tear off a strip of the required length. It contains a roll of indicator paper sufficient for more than 150 tests.
Directions for use: take a representative sample of the in-use solution in a cup and dip a strip into the sample. After reading, discard the sample — do not return it to the in-use solution.
Note: regular checks prevent both overdosing, which adds unnecessary cost and leaves residues, and underdosing, which results in inadequate disinfection.
