SUMA Revoflow – dispenser for solid machine warewashing detergents

Suma Revoflow™ is a modular dosing system for dishwashing machines that can be expanded to suit the site — from one to three products. It consists of a controller and powder and liquid modules.

Each product is dosed in a precisely measured volume for consistent wash results. The closed system is mounted off the floor and needs little servicing.

Colour coding and keyed caps prevent incorrect connection — each product fits only its own position. This avoids spills and changeover errors, and staff need only minimal training.

Concentrated products in small 4–4.5 kg packs are easier to handle and cut stock and storage space, while every container change also restores dosing accuracy.

With the powder module, the maximum dosing rate is 70 cm³/min at a nominal water flow of about 800 ml/min and an operating water temperature of 6–65 °C.
