Machine warewashing

Machine warewashing in a professional kitchen needs three components: an alkaline detergent, a rinse aid (for shine and fast drying) and water hardness control. The range includes Diversey SUMA liquid detergents for all water hardness levels and machine types (Ultra L2, Special L4, Alu L10 for aluminium, Tera L56, Bar L66 for glasses), Optimax detergent and Rinse, SUMA Crystal A8 and Rinse A5 rinse aids, Revoflow solid detergents with dispenser, Sun Professional tablets and salt, tablet salt for water softeners, and descalers (SUMA Calc, Scale).

Dosing and savings

With Diversey dosing pumps (Accuratic, Revoflow), consumption is controlled per cycle and dishes come out free of spots and streaks. For small machines and domestic-type use, there are Sun tablets and Sanea detergents in 10 L canisters. For manual washing, see our manual dishwashing detergents.
