Warewashing

Warewashing products — a professional range for restaurant kitchens, hotels, canteens and cafés: machine warewashing (liquid and solid detergents, rinse aids for shine, water-softening salt, descalers) and manual dishwashing (detergents, soaking products for dishes, degreasers for utensils and ovens). Spot-free machine warewashing

The result depends on three things that go together: a detergent matched to water hardness (SUMA Ultra L2 for hard water, SUMA Special Pur-Eco for an eco programme, SUMA Alu for aluminium), a rinse aid that leaves no water marks, and water softener salt. Regular descaling (SUMA Crystal) is also needed so that the machine heats and rinses properly. Diversey Accuratic and Revoflow dosing systems dose detergent and rinse aid automatically per cycle, so there is no overdosing.
